About Us

Ann-Marie:

Ann-MarieAnn-Marie was born in Plainville and graduated from Plainville High School. She then attended Endicott College on the north shore of Boston, where she earned a Associates degree in Retailing. She then attended Central Connecticut State University where she attained a B.A. in Marketing. After graduation, she entered the automobile business as a sales rep for Williams Ford (where she met John) and then Newman Lincoln-Mercury. She earned several awards as a top producer each year.

After marrying John, she moved to South Windsor where she gave birth to three boys in four years. For a few years, motherhood was her career. As her oldest son was entering school, Ann and John moved to Canton, where they still reside. Once the youngest son entered first grade, it was time to enter the work force again.

She got a position with the Better Business Bureau where she screened and enrolled companies in their program. While she enjoyed her work and did very well at it, she felt the calling to enter the Real Estate world. She began with Prudential CT Realty in Avon in 1997 and quickly became a productive agent.

John:

JohnJohn was born in South Windsor and graduated from South Windsor High School. He then attended Furman University in Greenville, SC, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science/Pre-Law. He aced the LSAT's, but decided against that profession. Upon returning to Connecticut, he entered the automobile business as a salesperson. Within two years he became the sales manager for Williams Ford in West Hartford, where he remained for about a dozen years. Eventually, he decided to join Ann-Marie as a realtor, for two reasons. First, her business was growing and promised a bright future. Second, three teenage boys were getting a bit too testy and twelve hour days out of the house was not in their best interest.

Rossley Team:

Rossley TeamThis real estate team was formed in 1998 and has seen a lot of success through the years. They have been involved in over 300 transactions - representing both sellers and buyers - in all price ranges. This team has won many awards for production (Honors Circle, leading Edge and Presidents Club.

After a few years, they were courted by DeWolfe real Estate and decided to make a change. They spent a year at DeWolfe, which was acquired by Coldewll Banker Residential Real Estate within a year of their affiliation. The Rossley Team really missed the vision and values of Prudential CT Realty, and were getting rather homesick. They gave it a fair shot, staying for a full year after the buy out, but ultimately could not resist the culture and community at their original "home."

They have been pleased to be back at Prudential CT Realty and have continued to thrive in this environment and in this market.  John even took a few years away from the partnership to manage first the Bristol Office and then the Farmington Office of Prudential. While he brought these offices much in the way of training and motivation, he returned to where he belonged. The Rossley Team has been united and looks forward to serving past and new clients with the same professionalism that they have always employed.
